Data set for: Guyoton M, Matteucci G, Foucher C, Getz M, Gjorgjieva J, El-Boustani S, Cortical Circuits for Cross-Modal Generalization (2025). There are 2 files in this upload: 1. The file named "Guyoton2025.pdf" is the Open Access pdf file of the manuscript currently in bioRxiv (https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.10.13.562215). 2. The file named "Guyoton_data_code.zip" (~3.4 GB) is a zipped version of a folder "Guyoton_data_code", which contains the data presented in the study along with Matlab code that can be used to generate all figures of the paper. A “README.txt” file provides further details on the content of each subfolder and how to run the figure generating scripts.
