Loom Selection: Assist production managers in selecting the most appropriate air-jet loom model based on the comprehensive performance index when purchasing or upgrading equipment. Cost Control: Help enterprises achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction as well as reduce downtime during production by analyzing energy consumption and failure rates. Leverage failure rate data to predict equipment maintenance requirements and formulate preventive maintenance plans, thus minimizing unplanned downtime. Special Note: This dataset is only applicable to air-jet looms and is not suitable for other types of looms (such as rapier looms, water-jet looms, etc.). This ensures that enterprises use the data in correct application scenarios and avoid erroneous decisions caused by misuse. Algorithm Rules: Production Speed (rpm): The operating speed of the loom, expressed in revolutions per minute (rpm). Production Efficiency (%): The efficiency exhibited by the loom during production, expressed as a percentage.
