Antarctic crustal dataset

The Antarctic crustal dataset contains open-access computational grid data, images and animations illustrating the thickness, sediment and movement (crustal stretching) of the Antarctic Ocean floor from the Eocene to the Miocene period. The Antarctic crustal dataset, related Antarctic PaleoAge dataset, images, animations and other supporting documentation are available from the EarthByte website. Images are available in .JPEG format. .GIF and Quicktime animations may be viewed using a web browser. Grid datasets may be read using GPlates, an open source software application available for download on the EarthByte website.
