为保证菜芯安全性,需要对菜芯农药残留啶虫脒含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,菜芯中啶虫脒最高限量值为0.5mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域菜芯含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中啶虫脒含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目啶虫脒的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.121-2021 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
To ensure the safety of flowering Chinese cabbage, it is necessary to control the acetamiprid residue content in flowering Chinese cabbage. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum allowable limit of acetamiprid in flowering Chinese cabbage is 0.5 mg/kg. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the acetamiprid content indicators of flowering Chinese cabbage in the circulation sector in Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments.
1. Data Collection: The data is collected from sampled products in the markets of Zhuji City.
2. The detection values of the sampled products from local markets are calculated using the following formula: $X = frac{C imes V imes f imes k}{m imes 1000}$. In the formula: $X$ represents the content of the target component in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); $C$ represents the acetamiprid content in the sample test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); $V$ represents the constant volume of the sample test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); $m$ represents the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g); $f$ represents the dilution factor; $k$ is a constant with a value of 1. The content data of the test item acetamiprid can be obtained through this calculation.
3. The above detection data are compared with the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 23200.121-2021 National Food Safety Standard Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. Samples with test results within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
