Data, software and models for the paper Mature fault mechanics revealed by the highly efficient 2025 Mandalay earthquake
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains data and code needed to reproduce the fault slip models in the paper titled "Mature fault mechanics revealed by the highly efficient 2025 Mandalay earthquake" by Eric O. Lindsey, Yu-Ting Kuo, Yu Wang, Myo Thant, and Tha Zin Htet Tin. For questions please contact Yu Wang (wangyu79@ntu.edu.tw) or Eric Lindsey (eol@unm.edu). The repository contains the following folders: - data_resampled: Contains the quadtree-resampled datasets used in the modeling. This includes Sentinel-2 N-S dense offsets, Sentinel-1 range/azimuth offsets for tracks 33, 70, 106 and 143, and unwrapped, masked phase for tracks 33 and 106. - gmt_figure_scripts: Contains GMT scripts and colormaps used to create Figures 2, S2, S3, S4, and S5. - models_dip: Contains code used to conduct the modeling for a dipping fault, including the grid search for best-fitting fault dip values. - models_vert: Contains code used to conduct the modeling for a vertical fault. - S1_S2_Mandalay_Earthquake_data: Contains the high-resolution images from Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2. The modeling code is also found at https://github.com/ericlindsey/stress-shadows, and https://github.com/ericlindsey/slabMesh for fault meshing.
