Supplementary files for the paper 'Aging is associated with a degeneration of noradrenergic-, but not dopaminergic-neurons, in the short-lived killifish Nothobranchius furzeri.' The two folders contain the R scripts and data utilized for the analysis, and a collection of the tiles utilized for the 3D reconstruction of locus coeruleus and posterior tuberculum shown in the article. In each tiff folder is included the relative 3D imaris file, including of the cell count overlay.
