1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample serial number, inspection quantity, inspection items, inspection basis, standard limit value (unit: mg/kg), and reported test value.
2. Data Processing:
(1) Take the national standard GB 5009.28-2016 as the official inspection basis. Use high-performance liquid chromatography to conduct tests, and determine whether the detected value exceeds the standard limit: if the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the specified maximum limit, it is classified as non-excessive; otherwise, it is classified as excessive. The IF and OR functions are specifically employed for this determination.
(2) The total monitoring count of potassium sorbate content in beverages refers to the total number of inspections within the defined data statistics scope.
(3) The number of problematic detection instances for potassium sorbate content in beverages is calculated by summing the quantity of inspections that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function.
(4) The problem detection rate of potassium sorbate content in beverages = (Number of problematic detection instances of potassium sorbate content in beverages) / (Total monitoring count of potassium sorbate content in beverages)
