山梨酸钾是食物的防腐剂,过量添加,可能会引起肝肾功能损害。在现阶段,食品安全问题越来越重要,检测饮品中山梨酸钾含量来保证食品安全,为我国消费者的食品安全服务,也为相关部门做好监测工作。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、检测项目、检测依据、标准限定值(mg/kg)、报告值等信息;2.数据处理:(1)以国家标准GB 5009.28-2016为检测依据,采用高效液相色谱法检验是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)饮品中山梨酸钾的含量监测总数,为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)饮品中山梨酸钾含量检出问题项次数,通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)饮品中山梨酸钾含量问题发现率=饮品中山梨酸钾含量检出问题项次数/饮品中山梨酸钾含量监测总数。

Potassium sorbate is a common food preservative. Excessive addition of potassium sorbate may cause damage to liver and kidney functions. At present, food safety has gained growing prominence. Detecting the potassium sorbate content in beverages to ensure food safety serves the food safety demands of Chinese consumers and supports relevant government departments in carrying out their monitoring work. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample serial number, inspection quantity, inspection items, inspection basis, standard limit value (unit: mg/kg), and reported test value. 2. Data Processing: (1) Take the national standard GB 5009.28-2016 as the official inspection basis. Use high-performance liquid chromatography to conduct tests, and determine whether the detected value exceeds the standard limit: if the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the specified maximum limit, it is classified as non-excessive; otherwise, it is classified as excessive. The IF and OR functions are specifically employed for this determination. (2) The total monitoring count of potassium sorbate content in beverages refers to the total number of inspections within the defined data statistics scope. (3) The number of problematic detection instances for potassium sorbate content in beverages is calculated by summing the quantity of inspections that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function. (4) The problem detection rate of potassium sorbate content in beverages = (Number of problematic detection instances of potassium sorbate content in beverages) / (Total monitoring count of potassium sorbate content in beverages)
