数据集为南极圈范围及北极地区、青藏高原地区行政边界。 包括南极圈66°34′以内的区域，同时包括南极大陆、南极冰盖和南极半岛等南极圈以外的部分（Antarctic_coastline、Antarctic_land_line、Antarctic_Circle）、北极地区国家行政边界从高北极延伸到加拿大、丹麦（格陵兰和法罗群岛）、芬兰、冰岛、挪威、俄罗斯、瑞典和美国的亚北极地区，且包括相关的海洋地区（Arctic_National、Arctic_Prefecture、Arctic_Provincial）、青藏高原地区行政边界（Tibet_national、Tibet_Prefecture、Tibet_Provincial）矢量空间数据集及其对应的名称、类型相关属性数据。 北极地区及青藏高原地区数据来自1:100万ADC_WorldMap全球数据集，数据经过拓扑，入库是全面、最新和无缝的地理数字数据。 世界地图坐标系统是经纬度，WGS84基准面，南极地区数据集为南极专用投影参数（South_Pole_Stereographic）。
This dataset provides administrative boundary data for three regions: the Antarctic Circle, the Arctic, and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Specifically, it covers areas within the Antarctic Circle (66°34′S), as well as regions outside the Antarctic Circle including the Antarctic Continent, Antarctic Ice Sheet, Antarctic Peninsula, etc., with corresponding identifiers: Antarctic_coastline, Antarctic_land_line, Antarctic_Circle. For the Arctic region, the administrative boundaries extend from the High Arctic to the subarctic regions of Canada, Denmark (Greenland and Faroe Islands), Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and the United States, and include relevant marine areas, with associated identifiers: Arctic_National, Arctic_Prefecture, Arctic_Provincial. For the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the dataset includes administrative boundary vector spatial datasets with identifiers Tibet_national, Tibet_Prefecture, Tibet_Provincial, as well as their corresponding attribute data including names and types. Data for the Arctic region and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are sourced from the 1:1,000,000 ADC_WorldMap global dataset. The data has undergone topological processing, and the stored geospatial digital data is comprehensive, up-to-date, and seamless. The coordinate system of the global map uses geographic latitude and longitude with the WGS84 datum, while the Antarctic dataset employs the dedicated South Pole Stereographic projection parameters (South_Pole_Stereographic).
