Aging-associated changes in gene expression of the lung tissue of the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology (NCGG) C57Bl/6J mice

To investigate the aging-associated gene expression in lung tissue of the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology (NCGG) Aging Farm mice, RNA was prepared from lung of the male 3-, 6-, 12- and 24-month-old C57Bl/6J mice. RNA was subjected to RNA-seq and the gene expression profiling analysis. Three mice were independently analyzed for each age.为探究国立老年医学与老年病研究中心（National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, NCGG）衰老农场小鼠肺组织中的衰老相关基因表达情况，本研究从3月龄、6月龄、12月龄及24月龄的雄性C57Bl/6J小鼠肺组织中提取RNA，随后对提取的RNA进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）及基因表达谱分析。每个年龄组均独立选取3只小鼠开展分析。
