Sargassum fusiforme Korea genome and transcriptome sequencing

This project aims to sequence and analyze the genome of Sargassum fusiforme, a seaweed of ecological and commercial significance, to explore its evolutionary history and understand the genomic components and transcriptional responses underlying its successful adaptation to marine coastal environments.
