RNA sequencing data from the extensor digitorum longus muscle of mice subjected to either a control diet or a sulfur amino acid-restricted (SAAR) diet. Additionally, mice in each dietary group were co-treated with either a vehicle or axitinib via gavage. The treatment and dietary interventions lasted for seven days before tissue collection.
