甲基汞进入人体后,会侵害人的神经系统,尤其是中枢神经系统,相关病理学研究表明,甲基汞可以穿过胎盘屏障侵害胎儿,使新生儿发生先天性疾病;汞污染还可导致心脏病、高血压等心血管疾病,并可影响人的肝、甲状腺和皮肤功能。甲基汞含量是水产品质量检验中主要的安全卫生指标,是产品质量标准中重要的限制性指标之一,其含量测定在质量检测中具有重要的意义。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)水产品中的甲基汞含量监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)水产品中的甲基汞含量检出问题项次数:通过COUNTIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和;(4)水产品中的甲基汞含量问题发现率=水产品中的甲基汞含量检出问题项次数/水产品中的甲基汞含量监测总数*100%。

Relevant pathological studies have shown that methylmercury can cross the placental barrier to harm fetuses, causing congenital diseases in newborns; mercury pollution can also lead to cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and hypertension, and affect the functions of the liver, thyroid gland and skin. Methylmercury content is a major safety and hygiene indicator in aquatic product quality inspection, and one of the important restrictive indicators in product quality standards. The determination of its content is of great significance in quality inspection. 1. Data Collection: Collect information including sample number, sample name, test item, testing method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, unit, etc. 2. Data Processing: (1) Standard value exceeding judgment: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, it is classified as non-exceeding; otherwise, it is classified as exceeding. The IF and OR functions are used for this calculation. (2) Total number of methylmercury content monitoring samples for aquatic products: The total number of test samples within the statistical scope. (3) Number of problematic detected items for methylmercury content in aquatic products: Sum the number of tests that exceed the standard limit using the COUNTIF function. (4) Problem detection rate of methylmercury content in aquatic products = (Number of problematic detected items for methylmercury content in aquatic products / Total number of methylmercury content monitoring samples for aquatic products) * 100%.
