ODA, in grant equivalent terms, from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) member countries amounted to USD 214.6 billion in 2024, a fall of 6.0% in real terms from 2023. Total net ODA flows from all providers for developing countries totalled USD 255.4 billion, a 4.5% decrease over 2023.
