地质灾害智能监测分析应用基于现有机巡系统,利用北斗高精度沉降位移监测技术、无人机自主导航与定点悬停定位技术、电力设备受损智能识别等先进技术,将飞行记录、可见光遥感图像、三维重建结果、灾情研判与电力设施受损情况在灾中灾后及时上传到省级信息平台,方便后方专家提供救灾方案意见,辅助后方提供支援决策,为当下灾情即刻反应提供参考
The intelligent monitoring and analysis application for geological disasters is built upon the existing power routine patrol system. Leveraging advanced technologies including Beidou high-precision settlement and displacement monitoring technology, UAV autonomous navigation and fixed-point hovering positioning technology, and intelligent damage identification for power equipment, the application timely uploads flight logs, visible remote sensing images, 3D reconstruction results, disaster situation assessments, and damage status of power facilities to the provincial-level information platform during and after a disaster. This enables experts at the rear headquarters to provide advice on disaster relief plans, assists the rear command in making support decisions, and offers references for immediate response to the ongoing disaster.
