曲面零件质量预测与缺陷溯源数据集

包含叶轮过切预测训练模型以及用于质量预测模型训练测试数据集、质量缺陷溯源模型以及用于质量缺陷溯源模型训练测试数据集。其中,质量预测数据集为曲面零件多源的质量加工数据和质量标签数据。共60个样本,其中包括刀具坐标位置X,Y,Z偏差所导致的曲面零件过切加工数据、刀具位姿TX,TY,TZ偏差所导致的曲面零件过切加工数据、以及相对应的加工质量标签。质量缺陷溯源数据集为曲面零件加工过程中的程序数据以及加工点位与程序对应关系的数据。包括以下五个部分:轮毂精加工的加工参数数据,以及加工参数对应的加工点位数据。
This dataset comprises two core components: a training model for impeller overcut prediction paired with its dedicated training and testing datasets for quality prediction, and a quality defect traceability model paired with its dedicated training and testing datasets. Specifically, the quality prediction dataset consists of multi-source machining quality data and quality label data for curved surface parts, with a total of 60 samples. These samples include overcut machining data of curved surface parts caused by deviations in the tool's coordinate positions (X, Y, Z) and deviations in the tool's pose (TX, TY, TZ), as well as corresponding machining quality labels. The quality defect traceability dataset contains program data generated during the machining process of curved surface parts, as well as data on the correspondence between machining points and machining programs. It includes the following five parts: machining parameter data for hub finish machining, and machining point data corresponding to these machining parameters.
