Significantly greater performance for GPT-4 is highlighted green, significantly inferior performance for GPT-4 is highlighted orange. GPT-4 was superior to all other LLMs and unspecialised junior doctors, and equivalent to most expert ophthalmologists and all ophthalmology trainees.
