Genetic analysis of Group A Streptococcus

This project aims to analyze the whole-genome sequences of Streptpcpccus pyogenes strains isolated from the clinical samples of patients with Group A Streptococcal infections. The project focuses on elucidating genetic information, related factors and evolution.
