Multimodal Document Intention Dataset (MDID) is a dataset developed to compute author intentions from multimodal data of Instagram posts. It comprises 1,299 Instagram posts covering diverse topics, and is annotated with labels derived from three taxonomies. The samples are labeled with 7 intention labels: provocative, informative, advocative, entertaining, explanatory, expressive, and promotional.
