Examining the physical and physiological characteristics, training and game based demands of schoolboy rugby league athletes

This project aims to examine the physical and physiological characteristics of schoolboy rugby league athletes. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the normative characteristics, to enhance the practical application of health and physical intervention when considering long term and youth athlete development. Additionally, this unexplored topic will bring scientific evidence, with the intent of semi global influence in school, sub-elite an elite sports performance.
