1、对浙江省不同森林类型开展生物多样性状况的调查与研究,结果表明:阔叶林、松阔混交林比纯松林、毛竹林群落植物物种丰富度、昆虫多样性指数以及均匀度指数要高 松树比例越低、阔叶树比例越高的类型物种多样性越高。以国清景区物种多样性研究为重点,汇总、整理、鉴定国清景区木本植物名录55科172种、有害生物及昆虫天敌13目83科387种。 2、运用层次分析法构建了适于浙江省主要植被类型(松林、竹林、针阔混交林、阔叶林)林分水平森林健康评价指标体系和评价方法。该指标体系能直观、简便、快速地对不同类型林分健康状况进行评价,为科学制定森林健康经营技术提供理论支撑。 3、形成了一整套以生态治理为主的森林多功能示范区健康经营技术。针对不同森林类型,整合、组装现有林分结构调整、诱捕监测和检疫除害处理等技术,探索生态防治、火灾管理、古树名木保护等新技术,采用边试验应用边总结经验,提炼并形成了一整套以生物灾害生态治理为主的森林健康经营关键技术。 4、制定了浙江省森林健康经营技术规程。包括林分质量、林分功能及林分的抗逆性三方面的经营、管理等技术,并提出了适合于浙江省松林、竹林、针阔混交林、阔叶林的森林健康维护经营技术措施。 5、开展了马尾松纯林、针阔混交林和阔叶林土壤微生物区系、优势物种种类组成和数量的时空动态变化规律的研究 对马尾松纯林、针阔混交林和阔叶林三种类型的土壤真菌、细菌和放线菌种类开展了DNA分析,探讨了土壤微生物区系与森林健康的关系 提出了将土壤微生物多样性指标作为森林健康体系评价指标之一。 6、开展多功能森林健康示范区的营建与推广。在桐庐大奇山、天台国清寺、湖州吴兴区建立了3个森林健康示范区,面积1090.4公顷 在大奇山龙头坞林区、丽水市所辖县(市、区)结合国家级松材线虫病防控基础设施建设项目中建立推广区,面积1416公顷。通过应用和推广以生物灾害生态治理为主的森林健康经营关键技术,示范及推广区的森林健康状况得到了明显改善,抵抗自然灾害能力显著提高,森林景观效益和生态效益显著。

1. Investigations and studies on the biodiversity status of different forest types in Zhejiang Province were conducted. The results showed that the plant species richness, insect diversity index and evenness index of broad-leaved forests and pine-broadleaved mixed forests were higher than those of pure pine forests and moso bamboo forest communities. The lower the proportion of pine trees and the higher the proportion of broad-leaved trees, the higher the species diversity of the forest type. Focusing on the species diversity research in the Guoqing Scenic Area, we summarized, sorted out and identified the woody plant checklist of the scenic area, which includes 172 species belonging to 55 families, as well as 387 species of pest organisms and insect natural enemies belonging to 83 families under 13 orders. 2. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to construct a stand-level forest health assessment index system and assessment method suitable for the main vegetation types in Zhejiang Province (pine forest, bamboo forest, coniferous-broadleaved mixed forest, broad-leaved forest). This index system can intuitively, simply and quickly evaluate the health status of different stand types, providing theoretical support for the scientific formulation of forest health management technologies. 3. A complete set of forest health management technologies for multi-functional forest demonstration zones focusing on ecological management has been developed. For different forest types, existing technologies such as stand structure adjustment, trapping and monitoring, and quarantine and pest eradication were integrated and assembled. New technologies including ecological control, fire management and ancient and famous tree protection were explored. While conducting experimental applications, we continuously summarized experience, and refined and formed a complete set of key forest health management technologies focusing on ecological management of biological disasters. 4. Technical regulations for forest health management in Zhejiang Province have been formulated. These regulations cover management and technical measures related to stand quality, stand function and stand stress resistance, and propose forest health maintenance and management technical measures suitable for pine forests, bamboo forests, coniferous-broadleaved mixed forests and broad-leaved forests in Zhejiang Province. 5. Studies were conducted on the spatiotemporal dynamics of soil microbial community, species composition and quantity of dominant species in pure Pinus massoniana forests, coniferous-broadleaved mixed forests and broad-leaved forests. DNA analysis was carried out on the soil fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes of the three forest types, and the relationship between soil microbial community and forest health was discussed. It is proposed that the soil microbial diversity index should be used as one of the evaluation indicators of the forest health system. 6. The construction and promotion of multi-functional forest health demonstration zones were carried out. Three forest health demonstration zones with a total area of 1090.4 hectares were established in Daqishan of Tonglu, Guoqing Temple of Tiantai and Wuxing District of Huzhou. Promotion zones were established in the Longtouwu Forest Area of Daqishan and the counties (city-level districts) under the jurisdiction of Lishui City in combination with the national-level infrastructure construction project for pine wilt disease prevention and control, with a total area of 1416 hectares. Through the application and promotion of the key forest health management technologies focusing on ecological management of biological disasters, the forest health status of the demonstration and promotion zones has been significantly improved, their ability to resist natural disasters has been remarkably enhanced, and the forest landscape benefits and ecological benefits have been significantly improved.
