Definition of specific pathways of each case-regions

The specific pathways have been defined based on all previous inputs from WP1, WP2 and WP3. Information from researchers, side-stream experts and the stakeholders (industry representatives, local authorities, decision makers etc) has been considered to manage a feasible implementation of the specific pathways in each case-regions. The final pathway selected is bolded in each table.
