该数据主要应用于高精度影像测量仪器的出厂检验和校准流程,依据《产品几何技术规范 GB/T24762-2009》对设备旋转定位精度提出的要求,借助光谱静态测量分辨率为0.008μm的装置,远高于2μm的定位精度标准,对DD马达旋转后相同目标位置进行多次重复测量,以评估定位精度的一致性与波动情况。检测结果可用于指导设备调试、识别旋转系统中的机械误差来源,并为精密电子、模具检测、光电仪器等领域提供质量保障依据。
This dataset is primarily applied to the factory inspection and calibration procedures of high-precision image measuring instruments. In accordance with the requirements for rotational positioning accuracy of equipment specified in GB/T 24762-2009: Geometrical Product Specifications, a device with a spectral static measurement resolution of 0.008 μm, which far exceeds the 2 μm positioning accuracy standard, is used to conduct multiple repeated measurements on the same target position after the rotation of the DD motor, so as to evaluate the consistency and fluctuation of the positioning accuracy. The test results can be used to guide equipment debugging, identify the sources of mechanical errors in the rotational system, and provide a basis for quality assurance for fields including precision electronics, mold inspection, and optoelectronic instruments.
