The subject of this experiment is the compact model of asymmetric double-gate devices. Prior to developing the model, the electrical performance of double-gate devices was tested under various bias voltage and temperature conditions. The compact model was constructed using Mathematica, while circuit design was carried out with Cadence. Subsequently, the model was validated: its continuity and convergence were verified through the Gummel symmetry test. Finally, the model was compiled into an active component via Verilog-A code and integrated into the SPICE environment for simulation.
