C-5 desaturase (LmxM.23.1300); * The genotype in both C24SMT copies is G961/A961 for LmxM.36.2380 & LmxM.36.2390 (LINF_360031200 & LINF_360031300 in L. infantum), respectively. ‡ these mutants showed low or no coverage of the intergenic region between both copies of C24SMT (S6 Fig). ND = Non determined due to total absence of coverage at this locus.
