2017-2020年国家风湿病数据平台类风湿关节炎患者资料数据

本数据为2017-2020年国家风湿病数据平台收集的中国系统性红斑狼疮30000例患者资料数据，由19家中心风湿免疫专科临床医师病史信息采集并全面的医学评估，通过数据平台录入并随访管理。收集的信息包括基线及随访时的临床特征、病情评估、实验室指标、影像学表现、治疗情况。本项目通过完善和拓展多中心的常见风湿免疫病患者前瞻性队列，进一步提高随访率，以获得中国患者的预后终点（脏器受累、疾病损伤、生存/死亡）及相关预后因素。This dataset comprises clinical data of 30,000 Chinese patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), collected by the National Rheumatism Data Platform from 2017 to 2020. The data was gathered through medical history collection and comprehensive medical assessments performed by rheumatology specialists from 19 participating clinical centers, then entered into the platform and managed for long-term follow-up. Collected variables include clinical features, disease severity assessments, laboratory test results, imaging manifestations, and treatment regimens at both baseline and follow-up time points. This project aims to further increase the follow-up rate by refining and expanding a multicenter prospective cohort of patients with common rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, to acquire prognostic endpoints (organ involvement, disease damage, survival and death) and relevant prognostic factors for Chinese patients.
