藻华973调查浮游植物生物量监测数据集（2010－2011）

本数据集包括2010年-2011年藻华973项目对东海赤潮高发区进行调查所获得的水采和网采浮游植物数据。数据采集地点：东海赤潮高发区 经度：119°-123°30′E、纬度：25°-34°N，水样均按海洋调查规范采集和分别加入相应的固定剂保存，活体和固定样品利用Olympus XB-6显微镜观察、分析，并用细胞计数框计数，浮游植物密度单位为cells/m3。This dataset includes water-collected and net-collected phytoplankton data acquired during the 2010–2011 survey of the red tide high-incidence area in the East China Sea, which was conducted under the 973 Program on algal blooms. The data collection location is the red tide high-incidence area in the East China Sea. The survey area spans longitudes from 119°E to 123°30′E and latitudes from 25°N to 34°N. Water samples were collected in strict accordance with the Marine Survey Specifications and preserved separately with their corresponding fixatives. Both living and fixed phytoplankton samples were observed and analyzed using an Olympus XB-6 microscope, and counted with a cell counting frame. The unit for phytoplankton density is cells/m³.
