This dataset is developed to assess the job matching degree of demobilized veterans via personality tests. It not only helps veterans achieve their personal career goals and development plans, but also enables enterprises, government departments and all sectors of society to better support and assist veterans in integrating into society and realizing their own value. This dataset provides job recommendations matching the personality traits of veterans, helps employers conduct precise recruitment based on the veterans' personality test results, and offers government departments personalized employment services and training for veterans. For veterans suitable for technical positions, targeted technical training and support can be provided to help them adapt to their jobs more quickly. 1. Assess the personality traits of demobilized veterans using the psychological assessment tool MBTI; 2. Link the assessment results and personality traits to the pre-established rule base, which assigns respective weights to various personality traits. Combine the personality test results and perform calculations via the personality-job matching model to compare personality traits with job requirements one by one, calculate the matching degree, and output the fields of the most suitable occupational fields and positions with the highest matching degree; 3. This dataset helps veterans more accurately understand their own career tendencies and strengths, thereby making wiser career choices, and enables government departments and employers to carry out more accurate employment assistance.
