2021年徐州餐厨垃圾数据

数据集包括徐州市2021年餐厨垃圾从车辆产生到处理中心，最后到产生物的数据，可用于统计餐厨垃圾的日度、月度、年度产生量的变化趋势，检测餐厨垃圾时间尺度下循环代谢物质流过程，基于社会网络分析，建立时空化循环代谢图谱，对餐厨垃圾的产生、收集及处置过程进行可视化分析。

This dataset covers the full lifecycle of food waste in Xuzhou City in 2021, spanning from its generation by collection vehicles, transportation to the treatment center, to the final by-products. It can be used to statistically analyze the changing trends of daily, monthly and annual food waste generation volumes, detect the temporal-scale circular metabolic material flow process of food waste, establish spatiotemporal circular metabolic maps based on Social Network Analysis (SNA), and conduct visual analysis of the generation, collection and disposal processes of food waste.
