通过采集、分析富阳环保行业中部分企业的知识产权数据总量和各类知识产权的占比,同时结合企业的主营产品类型,计算得到针对不同类型的富阳环保行业企业申请各类知识产权的数量范围,以帮助富阳环保行业的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。算法规则包括以下几个方面:1.数据采集:查找和挑选富阳环保行业企业,通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站,对企业的商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量和著作权登记数量进行采集。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的知识产权总数X,商标数量/知识产权总数X=商标在知识产权总数中的占比,发明专利数量/知识产权总数X=发明专利在知识产权总数中的占比,实用新型数量/知识产权总数X=实用新型在知识产权总数中的占比,外观设计数量/知识产权总数X=外观设计在知识产权总数中的占比,著作权登记数量/知识产权总数X=著作权在知识产权总数中的占比。3.经过统计、筛选得到富阳环保行业企业中商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量和著作权登记数量的合理比例范围。4.数据应用:根据各类知识产权的比例范围,为不同规模的富阳环保行业企业知识产权管理提出合理建议,为富阳环保行业企业的知识产权保护提供支持和保障。

This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing the total intellectual property (IP) volume and the proportion of various IP categories of selected enterprises in the Fuyang environmental protection industry, combined with their main product types, to calculate the quantity ranges of different types of IP applications for enterprises of different categories in the Fuyang environmental protection industry, so as to assist enterprises in this industry in formulating IP strategies and guiding their IP filing activities. The algorithm framework includes the following aspects: 1. Data Collection: Identify and screen enterprises in the Fuyang environmental protection industry, and collect the number of trademarks, invention patents, utility models, design patents and copyright registrations of these enterprises through the National Intellectual Property Administration and third-party IP retrieval platforms. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the total IP count X for each enterprise, then derive the proportion of each IP category in the total: the ratio of trademark count to X, the ratio of invention patent count to X, the ratio of utility model count to X, the ratio of design patent count to X, and the ratio of copyright registration count to X. 3. Obtain the reasonable proportion ranges of trademark quantity, invention patent quantity, utility model quantity, design patent quantity and copyright registration quantity among enterprises in the Fuyang environmental protection industry via statistical analysis and screening. 4. Data Application: Based on the obtained proportion ranges of various IP categories, provide targeted reasonable suggestions for intellectual property management of Fuyang environmental protection enterprises of different scales, and offer support and guarantee for the intellectual property protection of such enterprises.
