Product testing covers multiple inspection items, and each inspection item includes several performance indicators. Multiple inspections are conducted for each performance indicator both before and after the aging test. The qualification of a single performance indicator is determined based on the variation range of its pre- and post-test inspection data. The qualification of an inspection item is then judged based on whether all its constituent performance indicators are qualified, and the final qualification of the product is determined based on whether all its inspection items are qualified. 2. The formula for judging the qualification of a performance indicator is as follows: Let three pre-aging test inspection datasets of a given performance indicator be X1, X2, X3, with their average value denoted as Xa; let three post-aging test inspection datasets of the same performance indicator be Y1, Y2, Y3, with their average value denoted as Ya; let the variation range threshold for this performance indicator before and after the aging test be &. The real-time variation amplitude P of the performance indicator is calculated as P=(Ya - Xa)/Xa. If the absolute value of P is less than or equal to &, the performance indicator is deemed qualified.
