Policeman in uniform, photograph, circa 1920s

A photograph of a policeman in uniform, Los Angeles, California, USA, circa 1920s. The policeman is wearing a full uniform and hat. He stands at the bottom of exterior stairs. At the bottom is a typed slip, "Forbid All Joys," taped with pressure sensitive tape. The tape has resulted in acid transfer to the photograph, but the photograph is in good condition.
