Dataset RVF Exposure CREIDECA 2021 2024.

This dataset is a subset extracted from a multicountry study conducted by the Center for Research on Emerging Infectious Diseases - East and Central Africa (CREID-ECA). It contains sociodemographic variables, clinical characteristics, and exposure factors, with a focus on human contact with animals and vectors such as mosquitoes, in the context of Rift Valley fever. The data covers eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and Uganda and was collected between 2021 and 2024. This dataset is not available to the public for privacy reasons, as it contains sensitive patient information.
