煤矸石富镓锂组分协同强化浸出技术数据集

煤矸石中除碳质组分外,普遍赋存锂(Li)、镓(Ga)等战略金属。以华北、西北典型矿区为例,煤矸石中 Li 含量可达 80-300 μg/g,Ga 含量约 20-80 μg/g,部分富集区域甚至达到工业开采品位。因此,系统开展煤矸石中锂镓高效提取技术研究,不仅对破解生态环境约束与战略性矿产资源短缺的双重难题具有重要科学价值,更能为支撑国家战略性矿产资源安全、推动区域绿色低碳转型提供关键技术保障。本数据集主要完成任务1的煤矸石富镓锂组分协同强化浸出特性,进行煤矸石富镓锂组分矿物组成、化学组成测定,镓锂元素分布赋存特征分析,以及孔径结构、表面形貌及浸出液中液相镓锂元素组成的测定。数据采集时间为2021年12月 至 2025年11月,采集地点为中国科学院过程工程研究所B座1004和清华大学理科楼D108。数据集内包含两个文件夹和1个数据集说明文件。2个文件夹分别为“煤矸石富镓锂组分赋存形态”和“煤矸石富镓锂组分浸出工艺”文件夹,“煤矸石富镓锂组分赋存形态”文件夹内主要为煤矸石和煤矸石富镓锂组分赋存形态标准产生的含量、形貌和粒度数据,容量约为3.6 MB。“煤矸石富镓锂组分浸出工艺”文件夹记录不同温度、碱浓度、液固比下镓锂富集料镓锂浸出率数据,容量约为3.0MB。
In addition to carbonaceous components, coal gangue commonly hosts strategic metals such as lithium (Li) and gallium (Ga). Taking typical mining areas in North and Northwest China as examples, the content of Li in coal gangue can reach 80-300 μg/g, and that of Ga is about 20-80 μg/g, with some enriched regions even reaching industrial mining grade. Therefore, systematically conducting research on efficient extraction technology for Li and Ga from coal gangue not only holds important scientific value for solving the dual challenges of ecological environment constraints and shortage of strategic mineral resources, but also provides key technical guarantees for supporting national strategic mineral resource security and promoting regional green and low-carbon transformation. This dataset focuses on Task 1, which involves the synergistic enhanced leaching characteristics of Ga- and Li-rich fractions in coal gangue, including the determination of mineral and chemical compositions of Ga- and Li-rich fractions in coal gangue, analysis of the occurrence and distribution characteristics of Ga and Li elements, as well as the measurement of pore structure, surface morphology, and the composition of Ga and Li elements in the leaching solution. The data was collected from December 2021 to November 2025 at Room 1004, Building B, Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Room D108, Science Building, Tsinghua University. This dataset contains two folders and one dataset description document. The two folders are named "Occurrence Morphology of Ga- and Li-rich Fractions in Coal Gangue" and "Leaching Process of Ga- and Li-rich Fractions in Coal Gangue", respectively. The "Occurrence Morphology of Ga- and Li-rich Fractions in Coal Gangue" folder mainly contains content, morphology and particle size data generated from the occurrence morphology standards of coal gangue and its Ga- and Li-rich fractions, with a total capacity of approximately 3.6 MB. The "Leaching Process of Ga- and Li-rich Fractions in Coal Gangue" folder records the leaching rate data of Ga and Li from Ga- and Li-enriched materials under different temperatures, alkali concentrations and liquid-solid ratios, with a total capacity of approximately 3.0 MB.
