We conducted a two-wave online survey with a two-week interval with a sample of South Korean employees with three or more years of full-time work experience from various fields. Among the 617 employees who completed the first survey (Time 1), 374 participated in the scenario experiment conducted two weeks later (Time 2). <br>"condition", "UPB", "comp" refer to the condition to which an individual participant belongs.<br><br>"hire" means participant's hiring intentions.<br>"sdo" means participant's social dominance orientation<br><br><br>
