This dataset is constructed around the "fiber-optic MEMS multi-parameter high-precision monitoring sensor", aiming to systematically compile and exhibit the full-chain data resources of this advanced sensor, spanning its technical principles, authoritative performance evaluations, and real-world validation. The data mainly originates from CNAS-certified tests conducted by nationally accredited research institutions including the Beijing Great Wall Metrology and Testing Technology Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation and CTI Labs, as well as on-site field tests carried out at the 9# valve chamber of the China-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline. This dataset is primarily developed to address the urgent demand for high-precision, real-time pipeline safety monitoring in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and mining, and provides solid data support for key research works including performance verification of novel fiber-optic MEMS sensors, optimization of core demodulation and recognition algorithms, and engineering application adaptation. The data is generated by fiber-optic MEMS multi-parameter high-precision monitoring sensors (model MSP-GNA/PS-300/10) deployed in both laboratories and the 9# valve chamber of the China-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline. The sensor integrates sensitive units such as Fabry-Pérot resonant cavity (for pressure measurement) and distributed feedback fiber laser (for acoustic/infrasound measurement), and collects signals through supporting fiber-optic demodulation equipment. It mainly records core observed values including pressure changes, sound pressure/infrasound signals, and corresponding optical fiber wavelength variations under different leakage working conditions (aperture range: 1-6 mm). The sampling rate reaches up to 25000 Hz, and timestamps are synchronized via the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System timing service. The main contents of the dataset are divided into three sections: 1) Patents and papers, which elaborate in detail on core methods and devices such as VCSEL demodulation, spectral distortion correction, leakage recognition and classification, etc.; 2) CNAS test reports and explosion-proof certifications, which provide authoritative performance indicators of the sensor in aspects including infrasound (sensitivity: -134.9 dB) and pressure (accuracy: 0.05% of full scale, FS); 3) Original on-site test data, which stores complete original time-domain and frequency-domain signals of leakage events in binary (.bin) format. According to preliminary estimation, the total capacity of this dataset is approximately 1 GB, providing valuable high-quality data resources for relevant researches such as optical fiber sensing, condition monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, and safety early warning.
