Reference Network (Control Natural Conditions Changes)

This control allows to establish specific reference conditions for each type of body of water. The latter is an essential requirement for the determination of ecological status, since, by comparison with these conditions, the results obtained in the monitoring programmes can be assessed. It also allows the assessment of long-term trends in the state of water bodies due to changes in natural conditions. The parameters that are checked in these sampling stations correspond to representative indicators of all biological quality elements (phytoplankton, other aquatic flora, macroinvertebrates, fish), hydromorphological and physicochemical.该控制项可针对各类水体分别设定专属参考基准条件。此类参考基准是判定水体生态状况的必要前提：通过将监测项目所得结果与该基准进行比对，即可完成监测结果的有效性评估。此外，该控制项还可用于评估因自然条件变化所引发的水体状态长期变化趋势。上述采样站点的监测参数，涵盖了所有生物质量要素（biological quality elements），包括浮游植物（phytoplankton）、其他水生植物（other aquatic flora）、大型无脊椎动物（macroinvertebrates）、鱼类（fish），以及水文形态学指标与理化指标的代表性监测项。
