嘉善县养老机构老年人能力评估分析数据

通过采集老年人入住养老机构时的日常生活能力（ADL）评定量表，综合分析评估入住养老机构的老年人的身体能力得分，并根据得分情况的不同进行分级评定、分护理类型进行管理，合理协调养老机构护理员的资源分配，并为老年人制定个性化的护理计划，合理配置资源，给予入住养老机构的老年人适宜的服务，有针对性地开展老人的护理计划，有助于老年人进一步康复。1、数据采集：采集入住养老机构的老年人的日常生活活动能力（ADL）评定数据； 2、数据处理：老年人的日常生活活动能力（ADL）评定数据老年人的日常生活活动能力（ADL）评定数据共分为进食、修饰、洗澡、穿/脱上衣、穿/脱裤子和鞋袜、大/小便控制、床上体位转移、床椅转移、平地行走、上下楼梯十项，评分分值依次为A1、A2、A3.....A10，将各项评分数据进行相加求总，得出老年人的日常生活能力评估总分S=A1+A2+A3+....+A10。 3、算法分析：根据计算出的老年人日常生活能力评估总分进行数据分析并进行分级分类，① 能力完好：90分＜S≤100分，自理；② 轻度失能：70分＜S≤90分，三级护理；③ 中度失能：50分＜S≤70分，二级护理；④ 重度失能：40分＜S≤50分，一级护理；⑤ 完全失能：30分＜S≤40分，特级护理。By collecting the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment data of elderly individuals upon admission to elderly care institutions, this dataset comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the physical ability scores of the admitted seniors. Data Collection: Collect the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment data of elderly individuals admitted to elderly care institutions. 2. Data Processing: The ADL assessment data covers 10 items: eating, grooming, bathing, putting on/taking off upper garments, putting on/taking off trousers, shoes and socks, bowel and bladder control, bed-to-chair transfer, bed position transfer, walking on flat ground, and ascending/descending stairs. The scores of each item are sequentially denoted as A1, A2, A3, ..., A10 respectively. The total ADL assessment score S of the elderly is calculated as the sum of the scores of all items, i.e., S = A1 + A2 + A3 + ... + A10. 3. Algorithm Analysis: Conduct data analysis and graded classification based on the calculated total ADL assessment score: ① Intact ability: 90 < S ≤ 100, fully self-care; ② Mild disability: 70 < S ≤ 90, Level 3 nursing care; ③ Moderate disability: 50 < S ≤ 70, Level 2 nursing care; ④ Severe disability: 40 < S ≤ 50, Level 1 nursing care; ⑤ Total disability: 30 < S ≤ 40, Special nursing care.
