Mutations (first column) were scored according to ten parameters with potential score designations in parentheses. Column headings are as follows: 1. Translation Rate; 2. Aggregation Propensity; 3. Overall Cellular Stability; 4. Secondary Structure; 5. Catalytic Site; 6. Glycosylation; 7. Conformational Flexibility; 8. Surface Polarity/Change; 9. Evolutionary Conservation; 10.
