Asylum applications, publication of 21 January 2021

In 2020, there were 81,669 first applications (- 41.0 %) and 11,757 reviews (- 8.6 %), submitted within the Single Asylum Applications (GUDA), as well as 22,462 requests made outside the GUDA. Such a decline is explained by the COVID-19 health crisis and, more specifically, the impact of lockdowns on GUDA activity and on the movement of foreigners. In 2020, 95 584 asylum applications were registered at OFPRA, a decrease of 28.0 % compared to 2019. The decline in decisions taken was slightly less (-26.6 %) with 70,036 decisions, excluding accompanying minors. However, the number of agreement decisions recorded a sharper decline (by 37.8 % compared to 2019), with the OFPRA taking 13,864, compared to 22,295 in 2019. In 2020, the National Asylum Court (CNDA) delivered 42 025 decisions, i.e. -36.8 % compared to 2019, including 10 254 annulments, compared to 13,980 in 2019. In total, the number of decisions to grant protection status (refugee and subsidiary protection, excluding accompanying minors) taken by OFPRA and CNDA stood at 24,118 in 2020, a decrease of 33.5 % compared to 2019.2020年，统一庇护申请系统（Single Asylum Applications, GUDA）内提交的首次庇护申请共计81669份（同比下降41.0%），相关复核申请共计11757份（同比下降8.6%）；另有22462份申请提交至该系统之外。 此类申请数量的下滑可归因于新冠疫情（COVID-19）健康危机，更具体而言，系封锁措施对GUDA系统运行及外籍人员流动造成的冲击所致。 2020年，法国难民与无国籍者保护局（OFPRA）共登记95584份庇护申请，较2019年下降28.0%。 排除随行未成年人相关申请后，已作出的庇护决定总数为70036份，同比降幅略小（-26.6%）。 不过，其中获批庇护的决定降幅更为显著：较2019年下降37.8%，2020年OFPRA共作出13864份获批决定，而2019年该数字为22295份。 2020年，国家庇护法庭（CNDA）共作出42025份裁决，较2019年下降36.8%，其中包括10254份撤销原判的裁决，2019年该类裁决数量为13980份。 综合来看，OFPRA与CNDA共同作出的给予保护地位（含难民保护与辅助保护，不含随行未成年人相关申请）的决定总数为24118份，较2019年下降33.5%。
