Dataset of ZellNetz2050

Overview This is the dataset associated with the ZellNetz2050 project. The dataset forms the basis for the Cellular Energy System Model (CESM), see [1] and [2]. An overview on the data is given in the document “02 ZellNetz2050 - Data in Brief”. Further details on the data creation and validation can be found in the documents “03a Report - Working Package 2 (German)” to “03c Report - Working Package 6 (German)”—i.e., the reports of working packages 2, 3, and 6 of the ZellNetz2050 project. The dataset reflects the extensive research and modeling efforts undertaken to develop a decarbonized energy system by 2050, based on the Dena lead study “Integrated Energy Transition” (2018), see [3].
