Explicit-solvent molecular dynamics trajectories (GROMACS 2025.2, CHARMM36-jul2022, TIP3P, 10 ns at 310 K) for 26 AlphaFold 3-predicted C12orf29–myosin tail complexes spanning bacteria to mammals. C12orf29 is currently annotated as an RNA ligase. This dataset supports an alternative hypothesis. Contains md.gro, md.tpr, and md.xtc per taxon, curated FASTA sequences, and taxon registry.
