WFS INSPIRE BPL B plan change at the property Poppenweilerstr. 8

WFS service of the urban development plan “B-plan change on the property Poppenweilerstr. 8” of the city of Ludwigsburg, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为路德维希堡市波彭魏勒大街（Poppenweilerstr.）8号地块“B计划变更”城市发展规划对应的Web要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），其以5.0版XPlanung数据集为基础，并依照欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）规范完成转换。
