The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Wengert 1. Änderung’ of the municipality of Friolzheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Wengert 1st Amendment, Priority Use WA.分区规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的法定条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为依据编制。本次可用数据集为弗罗尔茨海姆（Friolzheim）市镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的开发规划《Wengert 1.
