Blackbutt Fingerprint collection

The collection consists of DNA fingerprints based on 10-12 microsatellite markers for a set of 457 Blackbutts (Genus Eucalyptus Subgenus Eucalyptus Section Pseudophloius). The samples comprise range wide samples of the two species in the Section Pseudophloius, E. pilularis and E. pyrocarpa (Brooker 2000). The DNA fingerprint data was generated to study species delineation in the Blackbutts and geographic and ecotypic variation within E. pilularis
