Construct an integrated rule-based algorithm system. Classify campus repair requests via conditional branch logic in compliance with campus repair management regulations. Combine with logistics service indicators to calculate core metrics including repair response time, completion rate and re-repair rate through statistical operations. Apply hash algorithms to verify the duplication degree of repair records, and employ string matching algorithms to check the adaptability between repair items and maintenance resources. All rule-based algorithms are embedded into the processing workflow, with configurable verification functions to guarantee the accuracy and standardization of the collected data.
