We report dysfunctional adipose tissue is linked to the loss of GPS2 in adipocyte. Transcriptome from Adipose Tissue of WT and GPS2 AKO upon normal chow diet, high fat diet and beta-adrenergic stimulation.本研究发现功能失调的脂肪组织与脂肪细胞内GPS2的缺失密切相关。本数据集包含野生型（Wild Type, WT）与GPS2脂肪细胞特异性敲除（GPS2 Adipocyte-specific Knockout, GPS2 AKO）小鼠在正常饲料喂养、高脂饮食及β肾上腺素能刺激三种处理条件下的脂肪组织转录组数据。
