The microplastics found in Nemertea were analysed using FTIR-ATR and confocal Raman spectroscopy. The data sets were converted to CSV files and then analysed using Openspecy and Spectragryph. These tests were done to confirm that the plastic particles found in Nemertea belong to which plastic polymer type. These tests were also performed to confirm that the particles found in Nemertea were plastic polymers. Some representative data are provided here.
