WMS service of the urban development plan “Construction plan Ziegelloch-Oberfeld 2. modification” of the municipality of Sinzheim, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.辛茨海姆（Sinzheim）市镇《齐格洛赫-奥伯费尔德2号修改版建设规划》城市发展规划的Web地图服务（WMS），该服务基于5.0版XPlanung（德国城市规划专用数据集格式）数据集，并已按照INSPIRE（欧洲共同体空间信息基础设施倡议）规范完成转换。
