深圳公明水库为珠三角水资源配置工程之一,其主要功能为供水调蓄,总库容1.48亿m3,工程为Ⅱ等,属大(2)型工程,主要建筑物包括水库大坝、溢洪道及放水隧洞、连通隧洞和供水隧洞等,级别为2 级,其它为次要建筑物,级别为3 级。该工程由多座大坝组成,坝顶高程63.5m,防浪墙顶高程64.3m,坝顶宽度8m。其中4号坝为新建粘土心墙坝,坝顶长度1121.1m,坝顶高程63.5m,最大坝高50.7m。2018年2月,经例行检查发现公明水库4号坝有多个渗水溢出点,渗水区域位置如图3.5-15所示。0+585、0+855 断面之间的排水棱体底部(17.85m 高程)有细砂流出,渗水排水量有较明显的加大,渗漏量明显异常,存在安全隐患。为此,采用多种物探测试手段开展4#坝渗漏探测分析。
Shenzhen Gongming Reservoir is one of the water resources allocation projects in the Pearl River Delta. Its main function is water supply regulation and storage, with a total storage capacity of 148 million cubic meters. The project is Grade Ⅱ, belonging to large (Type 2) projects. Its main structures include reservoir dams, spillway, water discharge tunnel, connecting tunnel and water supply tunnel, etc., which are Grade 2, while other secondary structures are Grade 3. The project consists of multiple dams, with a crest elevation of 63.5m, a crest elevation of the wave wall of 64.3m, and a crest width of 8m. Among them, No.4 Dam is a newly built clay core wall dam, with a crest length of 1121.1m, a crest elevation of 63.5m, and a maximum dam height of 50.7m. In February 2018, multiple seepage overflow points were found in No.4 Dam of Gongming Reservoir during routine inspection, and the location of the seepage area is shown in Figure 3.5-15. Fine sand flowed out from the bottom of the drainage blanket between sections 0+585 and 0+855 (at an elevation of 17.85m), the seepage discharge increased significantly, and the seepage volume was obviously abnormal, posing potential safety hazards. Therefore, various geophysical testing methods were adopted to carry out seepage detection and analysis for No.4 Dam.
