We screened a panel of methlytransferase inhibitors and found MS023 an inhibitor of Type I protein methyltransferases to inhibit ACTA2 expression. We wanted to determine the effect of MS023 on global gene expression in myofibroblasts isolated from Dupuytren's Disease nodules.
